Good Morning:

I just purchased a 93 VX 800 and, of course, there are a few things I would like to change. 

Does anyone have a line on a comfortable seat that doesn't require $300+ and sending my current seat off?

I'm also looking for a rear luggage rack.  I can't seem to find one anywhere on the net.

Finally, does anyone have or know of a fairing which will work without too much modification?

Stand in line for the luggage rack, several of us here want one.. :-)

as for screens, the Givi A700 series is all bolt on stuff, here what mine looks like

Hepco & Becker do a rack for the Vx800. Also another company (cant remember the name). I had one made for mine here in Thailand (very cheap, not so pretty). I will post pictures when i can.

Guys -

I see the mini backrest/rack sold for $88 + $12.99 shipping.

Anyone here buy it?

A little cleanup work, and someone should have a nice rack.

Skip -

Congratulations.  If you are willing to spend a couple
of hours with paint remover and #220 grit wet-or-dry
sandpaper, you can have the aluminum on the rack looking
really nice.  And a coat of black or silver spray-can paint
on the flat steel plate behind the pad, a little Armor-All,
and you are in business.
