Luggage Rack?

I just bought a 1991 VX800 (red) with 9,000. miles on it.  Always garaged.  Eat your hearts out.  Anyway, I am looking for the factory type luggage rack & backrest.  Any out there?  Any suppliers anyone is aware of?
